Thank you for shopping with Mike's Mugshots! We strive to get your custom drinkware, apparel, and accessories to you as quickly and securely as possible.

1. Processing & Production Times

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because our custom graphic items and drinkware are printed specifically for you, please allow 3 to 5 business days for production and preparation before your order ships out.

  • Holidays & Peak Seasons: During high-volume holidays, production times may extend by an extra few days. We will always communicate any major delays promptly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Carriers: We ship via reliable standard carriers (such as USPS and UPS) to ensure safe delivery across the United States.

  • Transit Times: Once shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes an additional 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your destination.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order has been carefully packaged and labeled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey to your door.

4. Address Accuracy & Missing Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Mike's Mugshots is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee will apply to send it back out.

  • If tracking shows your package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or contact your local carrier service immediately to file a claim.
